Message	The tube with the faint green arrow pointing at it at the middle-right of the pic. If you can get to that, blow some compressed air up it and maybe that will clear whatever debris has gotten into the drain-holes. Or maybe some sort of semi-stiff wire, but don't let any strands of the wire protrude from the insulation since that might tear the rubber. Or high-pressure water.
