Message In the rare cases when you are on empty and there is no e85 to be found (it is pretty common in Illinois). I use e85 exclusively in my Z32 now, you just might need a conservative "no e85" map for a rainy day. Or even tune a "fuel light on" tune for when you fill up the Z with the fuel light on with 93octane, I'm guessing that would be something like e20%. These are very simple solutions and well worth it (to me) to avoid the extreme additional cost and complication of going to full stand alone.

But, if you have the money and don't want to screw around with two nozzles when you fill up, all the better!
