Message	I recently put this post up about being scammed by Steve Tansey AKA StSgRacing: [ http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2243134/Buyers-beware-of-Steve-Tansey-AKA-StSgRacing.html ] Well, I finally got the verdict in from paypal....they sided with me. However it did me NO GOOD. Paypal will only force the recovery of funds if the item was purchased on EBAY. So, if you buy directly from a scammer you have very little protection from paypal. And to add insult to injury they said that until his account balance was OVER the amount that he stole from me they wouldn't issue a refund. So he owes me $275, if he has $274.99 in his account they don't give me any of it. I hope my ignorance will prevent some of you from having to deal with shit like this.
