| In fact, you should even take what I say with a grain of salt. Let the links and history here speak more than any opinions or emotions. Despite five years of repeated, nearly monthly complaints and public attacks on customers/members here, you're still going to find people using that tired "they've been good to me" line. Obviously to get as big as they are, you have to treat some customers properly or you'd go out of business quickly. The problem with Z1 has been the repeated issues and handling of said issues, not their products or anything else. So if you need work done, you'll want to weigh your options. If you can, find a place that when they do make mistakes (as all businesses do), they rectify them quickly and properly. It doesn't hurt to also look for a place that has much fewer "mistakes" rather than making the same ones every year, year after year. Hopefully some locals can point you in the direction of some other Z shops or trusted mechanics. Some further reading if you're still on the fence. Good luck with whatever you decide and stay on top of whatever shop you get the work done at!
