Message	My understanding: Running test pipes will increase the amount of smoke, regardless of pre-cats/gutted pre-cats/down pipes. The cats clean up the junk, no cats, more junk. The smoke is not because of less backpressure. There was been threads in the past, where some believe that replacing pre-cats with downpipes lead to turbo seal failure in stock/sp500 style turbos. ummmmm..can we just post about cars?
