Message Never ever press the injectors back in with the cap. This is the number one cause of pinched O-rings. Push firmly down with one thumb while twisting with the index finger and other thumb. In a tight space, pushing down with one hand and and twisting may be necessary.

Also, you mentioned that you re-used the bottom insulator. In fact, you have no choice unless you remove the plenum and the fuel rails as the insulators are installed in the lower plenum seats.

Those stainless allen bolts are awsome. I just replaced the screws with the same bolts last month.

Personally, I'd recommend removing the plenum rather than the dremel method. It really can be done in about 3 hours. 1 hour to remove and 2 hours to install.
