Message your time on and be SAFE. It's messy, you have to place the car on stands (see online service manual for stand locations) high enough to drop out the subframe and clear the shocks, the subframe is heavy and can be awkward to place on stands and work on (be careful or it'll vibrate right off jack stands, guess how I know) you're using power tools, unfamiliar territory, etc. etc. etc. There may be detailed writeups available for removing and reinstalling the subframe (consult service manual for torque specs), I don't know. I used only the service manual and my writeup covers the bushing swap only. Once you see how it comes apart / goes together, and after you've finished one bushing (as a first-timer I'd suggest doing one bushing start to finish, then do the remaining three in parallel), you'll see it can be done pretty quickly. It's one of those situations where the first time takes hours, after that it's minutes. If you can run a sawzall, grinder, and a torque wrench then you can do this. Just take your time and be safe! Buy a few rolls of shop towels before you start too, that silicone gets everywhere.
