The bushings themselves I can do all four in less than half an hour. Probably an hour to drop and reinstall the subframe. Put the whole car up on jack stands, remove the exhaust as one complete assembly (pretty easy on an NA, haven't done it on a TT), disconnect the driveshaft, disconnect the e-brake cables, unbolt the calipers (do not remove the brake line), remove the lower shock bolts, remove the four subframe nuts (and four bolts for the front plates), and the whole shebang drops right out (lower it on a jack with the help of a friend or two to steady it and guide the shocks). I changed the diff bushings while the subframe was out, that adds another hour to it.
