Arrrrgh! I couldn't take my door rattles any more! Slam.... *rattle rattle*........it sucked! Ok, door panel off, first up, window slider adjustments: front
and rear
Loosen nut, turn screw counterclockwise to snug windows up to outer door, tighten nut. Second, tighten every 10 mm nut & phillips screw you can find. Third, tape or use bits of Dynamat (or equivalent) to secure wiring and looms from rattling against metal or plastic. Now, for the challenging bits. Took me a long time to track this one:
The door latch linkage has a nasty rattle in its socket. Solution? More dynamat, built up to provide a buffer:
Ok, almost there, however, two more nasty ones to deal with:

A little lithium grease keeps them quiet in their plastic clips and allow freedom of movement for the door latch linkage. Also put squares of dynamat over the plastic clip on the inside of the door panel to keep them from rattling as well. Passenger side was done, however, there was still a rattle on the drivers side... turns out it was the window motor amp. More Dynamat please...
OK, time for the moment... door panels on, slam......
no rattle Yes.
