So yesterday i was driving home from work and i realized my car had just started to run really rough. Wasnt driving fast probably about 3 miles of stop and go driving never got into boost. Idle dropped to like 500 and the car was hesitating really badly. The car was still very much driveable so i drove it the rest of the way home.
When i got home i decided to pull the plugs and see what condtion they were in. As im pulling them they all look to be in good shape and i figure im just wasteing my time ... then i pull #5 =[
So im curseing and throwing things around my garage since im sure that the cylinder is fried from detonation or alike.
Then i run a compression test and get this...

6-148 The pervious owner had the engine rebuilt 35k ago so the numbers look pretty good. Adding a little oil to #4 gave it 150 psi.The engine was sitting for about 2 hrs in 30 degree weather so it wasnt that warm. Im pretty happy with these numebrs but... WTF happened to my plug. I plan on going over a bunch of things on motor tongiht (injectors ect). What would cause the destruction on a plug like this? The engine ran great prior to yesterday. Thanks for your input
