Message	I was wrong when I said you have to have both plugs plugged in. You only need the larger, left plug connected. The small plug. right one, has only a few wires which all are for the HICAS stuff. The orange one is the HICAS warning light. You can cut it or just unplug the small connector. The other larger plug has PS and HICAS wires in it. It must remain plugged in for the steering to work. If this is the case you may have a mechanical problem, bad pump, sensor, or whatever there is.
