Message	the noise will go away when you pull your coil pack connection on the offending cylinder. For what its worth, my grandpa's station wagon spun a bearing, but I was able to drive it home 120 miles after pulling the corresponding plug wire. Honestly, I don't think it is a rod bearing you are hearing, otherwise I don't think you would have been able to get this far
