Took my dash out the other day to remove a kph>mph speed convertor chip (Jap import into the UK), and since then my boost gauge has been stuck at the leftmost (full vacuum) end.. It doesn't move at all - not even when switching the ignition to On before starting.. I've checked on the back of the dash, and it seems to have voltage present at the screw terminals (varying - 1v ish at idle, rising to 2vish if I blip the throttle).. Has anyone heard of this happening? Just a case of disassembling the dash and 'unsticking' the boost gauge or is there more to it? Cheers.. Oh and I did do a search :) The most helpful thing I found was "stock gauges suck" :) Which I entirely agree with! Trouble is a friend of mine has 'borrowed' my digital boost gauge.. :)
