| Turbo Monster, Here is how we install a boost controller: 1. Remove the boost hoses on either side of the throttle bodies.
2. Remove the 10mm bolts on either side of the intake that hold down the intake tubes that go to the turbos.
3. Loosen the hose clamps that hold the intake tubes that go to the turbos.
4. Remove the intake pipes that go to the turbos.
5. Locate the boost soleniods on each side of the intake.
6. Locate the intake hose(the one with the boost jets in them), disconnect them from the soleniod, remove the boost jets, and those connect to the intake of the boost controller with a T-connection.
7. Locate the Hoses that go to the Wastegates from the soleniods(they will have a Y-connection in them)and connect the Boost or Wastegate connection to the boost controller using the T-connection.
8. The Passenger side wastegate is tucked behide the Turbo and is unaccessible. Connect the Boost controller to the hose where the Y connection is located using a butt connector or by capping off one outlet on the Y connection.
9. Remove the hose that goes from the soleniods to the metal pipe below them and cap the inlet to the pipes with a vacuum cap.
10. You can remove the boost soleniod and leave the plugs hanging or you can cap the outlets on the soleniods with vacuum caps.
11. Reinstall the intake pipes to the turbos and reinstall the boost hoses.
12. Connect the electrical connections to the boost controller(with the battery disconnected) and find a suitable mounting location.
13. Reconnect the battery and go test the settings on the controller. These instrutions are really breif and hard to explain without pictures. If you have problems with any of the steps please feel free to call me at 281-479-2475. Hope this helps.
