Message Polishzx is correct on this if you have an early 2 seater. One of the pumps in the rear reservoir is for the front. It pushes fluid from the rear left to the front right behind the front bumper where there's another pump that pushes to the front washer nozzles. The tube runs from that pump in the back inside the hatch, under the front edge of the parcel tray, down the hump where the abs pump is located, along the floor by the passenger side door, into the kick plate area, and through a grommet to get under the front right fender. Yes that is stupid and yes it can cause rust inside your car when it leaks. Ask me how I know.

Both of those rear pumps get switched power from a body harness that goes from the fuse block under the drivers kick panel, runs along the floor past the door, up the hump behind the drivers seat, and makes its way around the outside of the hatch area, left to right. If you have no power to the pumps and the switch tests good, then you likely have some damage somewhere in that harness, or in the harness that goes from the dash switch to the fuse area. You need the wiring diagram for your year, a good multimeter, the ability to contort yourself in tight spaces, and some patience.
