Message So, I have not driven the car yet. Its still on jackstands, all put together.

If car is off, I can shift through gears smoothly. If I start the car in Nuetral, I am unable to get the car into gear with the clutch pushed in. If I force it into 1st, which I can, the wheels spin, and if I then push the clutch in all the way, the wheels are still spinning. so the clutch plate is not disengaging. I did not drop the car until I was sure everything was going to work properly.

Im kind of stumped. All the parts are new (except the slave and master that are on the way.) New flywheel, new clutch, new throwout bearing, fork looked fine, everything moved as it should before I re-installed the tranny. Fork still moves when pedal depressed although I think not far enough. Not sure. Never paid close attention on how far the fork moved until now.

So hoping the new master fixes the issue. If not I'll remove and try to see what the heck is happening lol. Maybe the fork is flexing. Thats what z1 said could be the issue.
