Message	I can't see the picture, but I think I understand your question. However, there are many variations on "bent up." The part you are asking about is an integrated part of the door but it is just sheet metal. If the metal is a little dented, it can be straightened, but if it totally deranged and mangled, then you will most likely need to source a used door frame and have it repainted to match. A reputable body shop should be able to fix it. You will undoubtedly find that some shops are more capable of or more willing to repair items vs. replacing them. You also need to weigh cost.
