Subject	window rattles--upper roller replacement?

Message	while driving, my passenger side window rattles when it's rolled down. it appears the upper roller that slides up and down the track in the door is missing. has anyone replaced this roller without taking all the trim off the door and removing the window? i was going to try to just take the upper trim off and grab the roller stem with the teeth of a pliers and unscrew it. thanks
