Message	Recieves 12v via the orange wire to it. If your relay clicks when you crank the car and you have 12v AT the fuel pump on the connector at the orange wire, you are accomplishing the same exact thing as running 12v to the fuel pump. The FPCU controls the ground only. Heres a link to wiring diagram that helped me during an electrical issue I was having a while back... bookmark it its very good to have.
