Message pretty much has to be fuel-related. While I'm not an automotive fuel pump expert, I worked on hydraulic pumps in a former life and you can very much so have pressue and no flow - it's actually how they work. Maybe there's an issue with the pump.

I'm not sure how you'd contain it without pulling the pump - pop a line off and set it in a bucket and turn the key to prime the lines. You'll either get a notable flow of fuel or you won't. No flow - either the pump is bad or you don't have the hoses routed correctly.

If you do have flow when you prime the system, then something isn't letting the injectors open. Have you done a click-test with the CAS to verify injector function? Wiring or grounding could also be an issue. Double-check all your fuses, too... just in case.

Hopefully, you get to the bottom of it before too long!
