connector and probe the supply harness for voltage. On the 1991 you have the factory wired each injector to always have 12v there even with key off (unless it was rewired to be 0 volts when the key is off). This was later changed (model year?) to be zero voltage at each injector when key is off. When running the computer controls the ground on and off at each injector based on a number of factors. So check for 12v at each when not running. If there is no 12v at the injectors then you have to go deeper into the electric supply between the injectors and the computer.
