Subject	Capped off recirc valves but no blowoff valves?

Message	Hi, I have a question. It appears my 300zx twin turbo 5 speed has the recirc valves capped off? The vacuum line on the top of it is connected but the 2 other ports are capped off. I’m trying to fix the car idling at 1k rpm. It sounds fairly healthy besides that but I’m wondering the effects of having it installed like that. Google could only find BOV install guides or goose honk kits and nobody else has posted about them being capped. The car has td04 greddy turbo’s, smic, blitz e-sbc, turbo back exhaust and some other mods. Does anybody have any ideas or theories? Or maybe the previous owner took them off for some reason? Would this damage the motor? Thanks in advance if anyone has any info.
