Message	Turns out, the JDM headlight conversion harness was wired incorrectly at the connector. The headlight connectors can only be installed one way because of the locking tab, so I didn't even look there, but the + and - were pinned backwards/opposite. This is what caused the both headlight 15a fuses to blow as soon as I turned on the headlights. Switched the pins and boom. All functions normal. Anyways, just wanted to update this post with the resolution. Thank you Bernie for trying to help me solve this.
