Message	I had a similar issue when taking out my precats when installing my downpipes. I got one of those thin ratcheting open end wrenches with like 100 teeth (or whatever, small clicks) and cut it off to length. I then spent a little time wiggling it into place and once there, I could use a hammer and screwdriver to tap on it till I got it loose enough to then do it by hand. It was like eating s**t with a toothpick, but once it was on there, it just took patients and a couple of cussing breaks.... I still find it in my tool box from 15 years ago and laugh.
