Subject	Screeching sound on first startup

Message	First thing in the AM, my 91 2+2 with 188K miles creates a horrible front end screeching sound on ignition that lasts for 3-4 secs. Then it disappears. If I start up in a grocery parking lot, no problem. If I leave the Z in a garage all day, she'll screech. Belts have been tightened. Fan clutch has been replaced. Tensioner adjusted. No noise for about a month and then it started again. I think I hear a very faint bearing noise whine up front while driving. Is a bearing starting dry and then getting lubed or expanded? Any ideas?
