Message	I really wouldn’t expect the VTC to cause this issue, but different failure modes have different effects. Sounds like you did to your engine as I did to mine. I would recommend a lifter rebuild since you’re already in their removing the sprockets. The huge power loss is really concerning. Bad sensor/poor contacts somewhere? AFM? Timing belt slip? Codes look good?
