Subject	Fuel leak need help!

Message	hey fellas quick question for you guys. I found the hose between the two fuel rails was leaking fuel, would that cause the Z not to start? It was spraying out, there was also fuel on the top of the black insulator, anyways would a fuel leak at the rail, which would create low pressure cause a Z not to start, also would it cause the Z to buck under load?
