Thanks, but I already have the subframe out of the car and the oem bushings are long gone. The solid bushings can't be removed the same way that the oem bushings are. I was thinking I could just pull them out the same way you would a bearing but that was not happening. The instructions for getting them in include putting them in the freezer to shrink them a bit, but that won't work in reverse. Any ideas, short of hacking them to bits, hopefully without messing up the subframe itself?
