Message I think I found my problem, after replacing fuel pump, fuel filter, maf, coolant temp sensor, battery, spark plugs. I was spinning that CAS by hand to check for spark at each plug, and I kept hearing a weird noise near the fuel rail towards the back. I confirmed I have spark, air, timing so it has to be fuel. I replaced the pump so there must be a fuel leak of some sort. My part store didn't have a fuel gauge, but anyways this is how I figured it out.
One of the damn O-rings or injector seals gave out, and when it would even be able to start it got worse due to possible heat expanding an already bad O ring/seal. I can't tell if its the O ring or plenum seals, I believe it is leaking fuel into the intake manifold, and possibly causing excess air to escape or get sucked in!

SO if you have the following symptoms than It can be your injector seals or O rings!
-Hard start with occasional backfire out exhaust
-Random misfire/bucking at random rpms
-Gets worse as the engine gets up to temp
-fuel smell/fuel inside intake manifold
