Subject	What do About Weather Sealing Vented Cowl Covers

Message	Hi All... What are the options you all might be using for sealing the two cowl covers against the windshield? As you know, after 28 years the rubber weather strip/gasket has shrunk and is no longer very pliable. Luckily I am in central CA and it doesn't rain here any more. Haha. Since new strips don't seem to be available, would a thin strip of clear or black silicone sealant work ok? Member Burton(FL) suggested Trimlok fender flare molding but I haven't followed up on that yet. Just wondering what other experts here are using for this solution. Thanks for any advice.
