Subject	CZP consult cable not connecting

Message	Hey guys, I went and purchased a consultz cable (not the plms) and ive been having issues connecting with it. Ive tried driver versions 2.12.28.0 and the earlier versions listed on the CZP webpage. I reached out to Nick of CZP who sent me another cable new of charge after verifying my drivers were installed correctly. I believe at this point ive ruled out the cable as an issue as its done it with 2 different cables across 3 different usb ports. Ive tried to use multiple different com port numbers. The consult port DOES communicate with the ECU because im able to do the ECU diagnostics by shorting out pin's 8 and 9. Im kind of at a loss what to try next. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do next?
