Subject	Fuel system problems, and yes Im back after a decade :)

Message	So after a long hiatus and z32 in storage Im trying to get her running again. Getting stuck on a fuel system issue. Tested the fuel pump relay via 12v and continuity test and all is good. The issue is the orange and black wire at the fuel pump harness is only getting 12v for less than a second with ignition on. The black wire has continuity to ground. Any suggestions for me to test?
