Message	I recently installed the HICAS eliminator kit on my 90TT. I also got new front tires which were a bit wider at the same point in time. The issue I'm having is my power steering seems really stiff, way more stiff than what would be caused by having wider front tires. I am also getting a belt whining noise at start up and at a down shift. Do you think it's my power steering pump? Do people replace the TT pump with a NA pump when they do the HICAS elimination? I'm trying to trouble shoot to see what the route cause of the stiff steering and the belt noise (which I believe is coming from the power steering pulley).
