Have you completely removed the glass from the door already? If so, those three rollers that go in the slides are removed from the roller side of the glass (inner side). It may not look like it, but there's a center cap covering a screw in the center of each roller. Use something small and thin and pop off that cap. Unscrew the roller, then use snap ring plyers to spin off the disc from the button that goes through the glass. I cut the roller post off with a hacksaw and then drilled out the center of the button threads without going through to the glass. Then gently pried the disc off. It was a PITA.
