Message	The 'Air Regulator' is a left over technology from the Carbuator Days.. As you have noticed, the ECU and the IACV are able to adjust .. My cold starts are just fine.. I like the way it idles.. I just took a piece of wood, whiddled it small enough to shove in the hose, and push it all back together.. you cant even tell it in there.. Cj
