2nd post ever.... Forgive me in advance for not using the correct terms but I was having what I thought was boost issues on my 1990 300zx twin turbo and replaced my clutch with a Nismo Super Copper mix because I thought it was slipping. I was running 19lbs of boost at the time. I bought the car and have worked on it a little now but just not really familiar with what everything is. To help answer my question it has stage 2 Z1 Heads Jim Wolf 400+ cams 740CC injectors, it's been bored .040 over, has oversized injectors, forged pistons, and GT2860R turbos. 1st question.. How much boost can I safely run with this setup because I don't want to cause damage now that I have a clutch that handles quite a bit of power? How much boost are these turbos cable of prodoucing? What is the sensor that is directly between the firewall and engine that has a boost hose that goes through it from the driver side air intake and out of it? Thanks in advance I I'll clarify if needed.
