Message	The issue is though that when deactivating all the cylinders with the power balance test, all but Cylinder 3 drop the RPMs by 400-500 RPMs. When Cylinder 3 is deactivated, sometimes 0 RPM change, other times only 20 RPM change. That coupled with the noise, and low compression on 3, is why I was thinking a deeper issue. Guess I just need to troubleshoot more, thanks for feedback.
