Message	most likely noisy lifters or VTC gears. Doesn't really sound like a knock to me. 155psi may be lower, but I honestly wouldn't be worried about it, its not LOW. I ran on one cylinder at 100psi(others 150) a long time ago, and it would run ok but burn oil.
