Message	My horn hasn’t been working for quite awhile. I’ve made several attempts at finding the problem but I’ve gotten nowhere. Here is what I’m facing: At the relay terminal 2 has 10 volts, if I jump terminals 2 and 3 no horn. If I go from battery direct to terminal 3 horn works I’m stumped! Thanks Adam
