Message	THAT will be a PITA.. I got a '90 NA that someone had put headers on, and cut the EGR tubes to the Manifolds.. I was unable to get the 'Cut Pieces' out of the car, with the engine in .. I ended up finding an Intact rolled NA car with good Smog Equipment.. Ended up swapping the Complete engine from the Rolled Chassis, into the car, as that motor was in better shape.. ALL the smog stuff needs to be installed.. The Smog Tech has a License he needs to protect, and if he ever passes anything that is suspect, the next time your car is checked and does not pass because of missing parts, BAR will send a Test Car through to check him.
