Message	If fuel pressure doesn't bleed down, your fuel pressure regulator could be bad. Or your return line to the tank could be blocked I guess. But even that, if you pulled the relay and cranked it over it should have dumped whatever pressure it had into the injectors. I found this post on here from Greg at Specialty Z a few years ago that I always refer to when thinking about fuel system related issues.
