Subject	Need help clocking ps rack.

Message	Replaced the steering rack and can not get the steering wheel to align. When u pit the steering coupler on the rack with the plastic piece the side that connects to the steering column is off be about 180 degrees because there is a flat spot on the steering shaft where the bolt is supposed to go. What am I not seeing? Thanks in advance.
