Subject	Brake lights stay on with key turned off

Message	Did a search and found a few posts on this subject, found the stop and taillight sensor board, physical examination of the board found no visual problems. Is it possible to for the board to be bad and still look ok visually? Is there a way to test the board, and finally where would I buy this board if it is bad. The car is a 91 turbo.
