Subject	Where is the steering angle sensor

Message	I'm having hard steering wheel in low speed. Trying to track down the issue. Anyone knows where the steering angel sensor is on a 1991 2+2? I took the steer column apart. But I don't see anything aside from the signal combination switch. Is it integrated into the combination switch? Thanks,
