As JackZ mentioned above, the ignition switch isn't reported as being an issue here much, but it was an issue for me. I've posted about it in the past when I had an issue like yours, and to other people with similar issues, which turns out for some that that was their issue. After you've check the standard problematic relays and switches to rule them out, you can use electrical contact cleaner aerosol and spray into the key tumbler using the included nozzle straw. If your car is like mine was, a bunch of grey/black gunk will come flowing out with the fluid. After it clears up, try and start the car. Hopefully that will do it for you, like it did with me and a few others.
