Message	it work (correctly). Meter is putting a high resistance load on the signal line simulating a MAF load. Since you are meter testing at the MAF this means the wiring harness connection back to the ECU must be good. Therefore seems to me this is an issue with the MAF itself (not working). Hopefully someone on the forum with more MAF testing experience can chime in? I’m also guessing the factory manual has a MAF testing procedure- just don’t have the manual handy at the moment.
