That is really expensive for just the block! Just get a JDM engine for around 1200 and build that up to whatever you want. While I was rebuilding and custom painting my engine and parts, I bought a JDM engine from these guys and drove the heck out of it with no issues at all. That's where I got mine from about 10 years ago. It does take quite a bit of time to clean all the crud out of the engine though. The water sitting in the block was like thick green slime, but I got it cleaned up and it took all I could give it. It may be hit or miss, but I got a good one for cheap.
