Subject	Blockers by recirc valves required?

Message	I will try here since I got no response on General Forum. Are the blockers that install in the inside of the frame rail by the recirc valves required or can they be left out? If they should be installed does anyone know what the actual nomenclature is so I can find the push rivets that hold them in? Thanks!
