Message	Has anyone installed high flow Pre-OBDII cats on their car? I am doing this cuz I/m in Cali and we do need them here to pass smog. The previous owner removed the Cats, the EGR, the PCV and IAV. I reinstalled the PCV, I will install the EGR, and I will obtain new Cats from MagnaFlow and use test pipes to cut and weld them on. Any advice? I have contacted MagnaFlow for recommendations. The Current set up has a Stillen 2.5" system. From the pre-cats backward.
