Message	I can't find anything in the FSM for the OEM gasket replacement for the diff. 2 questions: 1. The gasket appears to be made of two types of material (different on either side). I assume one specific side is meant to face the aluminum cover and the other the iron diff. The gasket is symmetrical and not labeled. Any idea which direction it goes? 2. My research show people using a bead of RTV on top of the gasket. Seems strange to me. I thought I'd be avoiding RTV by purchasing the OEM gasket. Do I run a bead, and if so should it be on both sides or just between the gasket and the cover? Thanks
